If person has contraindications to milk and drinks it, the excessive mucous will be removed from the body through nose as sniffles. This happens during day. But in the night mucous congregates in the nose and throat. This accumulation may cause impediments for air and snoring.
A lot of people like to drink a cup of milk or a slice of cheese in the evening. In fact, dairy products are contra-indicated for people with slight intolerance, especially in the afternoon. But one still should get the sufficient amount of vitamins and mineral from other products or supplements. The noticeable effect will come in some time, maybe in 4 weeks after exclusion of milk.
Before making any changes in the diet a patient should speak to a doctor. He will analyze symptoms and will decide whether patient needs to exclude diary products from his or her diet. Also he will advice food products or supplements, which are rich in calcium.
