| Snoring and Emotional Disorders | When someone in a family has snoring, it becomes a problem not only for a snorer, but also for his relatives and even neighbors. As it’s well-known, both, the snorer and people around him/her, are affected emotionally by snoring of their spouse, kid, sister, brother or a parent.
It’s horrible trial for a person’s nerves – trying to asleep while somebody near you emits strange and noisy sounds. Such stress situation each evening can lead to bad consequences for absolutely healthy people.
Sometimes the emotional problems for people that are faced with snoring may be even more arduous than the health problems for snorer. Snoring may cause a range of emotional problems.

Serious problems with memory and memorizing caused by sleepiness and fatigue during day. 5. A snorer becomes very embarrassed after the owner of apartment evicts him because of his/her snoring. 6. Sometimes snorers lose their jobs due to their sleepiness, problems with concentration of attention and worsening of memory.
And this is just a few examples of emotional disorders, caused by snoring. Snoring becomes very oppressive for a large number of people: for the snorer and people, who live or work with him/her.

A large number of people, that experience some of the above feelings live and work in the society, among other people. Some of them go to responsible and dangerous jobs already tired after sleepless night with snorers. Such situation often leads to irreversible consequences for them and other people.
As usual the emotional problems caused by snoring are less discussed. This is partly caused by snorer’s unawareness: the person doesn’t even know that he causes so many troubles to the relatives.
